Here is a very complete list of French terms for clarinet components,
courtesy of M. Francois Kloc. Merci, Francois!

> L'anche = The reed ,
> Le Bec = The mouthpiece
> Le corps du haut = The upper joint
> Le corps du bas = The lower joint
> Le pavillon = The bell
> Le cletage = The keywork
> Le tampon = the pad

> Use "Les" if more than one and put an s ad the end of the word, e.g.
"Les Tampons"

> Les ressorts aiguille = the needle springs
> Les ressorts plats = the flat springs
> Les lieges tenons = the tenon corks
> Les lieges de sourdine = the keycork

> L'emplacement = the tone hole
> La perce = the bore
> Le bois = the wood
> La ligature = the ligature
> Le capuchon = the cap ( mouthpiece)
