I simply overblow the usual high E fingering. On my instruments it comes
out better intune than my high G.

Rien, the high A speaks more easily if you use the F#/C# pinky key
(on either side) rather then the G#/Eb key. It took me an embarrassing
number of years to figure out that I could use the left side F#/C# as
well as the right side one for this note.
