The throat TONES are not a separate register but are a subset of the
chalumeau. The chalumea goes from the lowest note on the clarinet to the
throat Bb and are fundamental frequencies of the clarinet bore/length combo.
Although the throat tones do have some unique problems due to the short
length of the clarinet tube, this does not make them a separate register.

Mathematically, the clarion register is the 3rd harmonic of the fundamental
tone. Due to the nature of the clarinet, we really can't access the evens.
So this is correct. However that when the side trill keys are used to trill
from throat A or Bb to the B or C above, the B or C then are being played as
chalumeau notes. Granted this is the exception rather than the rule.

The altissimo register is the 5th, 7th, 9th, etc harmonics off the
fundamental. However again in trill fingerings or some alternate
fingerings, the Db and D can be played as a clarion note. Again an exception
but it does occur.

LOL! I can't see why anyone wants to go any higher anyhow.
