In England, at least, the clarion register is called "clarinet register". Is
there any place besides the US where it's "clarion"? What about Ireland,
Australia, New Zealand, and Canada? (Did I leave out any English-speaking parts
of the world with active Klarinet members?). And on the subject of regional
variation, where is it "quarter note" and where is it "quaver"?

We've been treated in the past to lists of clarinet-related words in German,
Dutch, and Spanish (not Italian, yet, unfortunately), but not the names of the
registers in these languages. Can anybody contribute these?
