I don't know if it is still available, but I own that MMO in LP form. It
did include the part in Bb, but printed as a manuscript copy and, of
course, in the key of ugly #. I have always played it by cranking the
speed control knob on my turntable to raise the pitch of the record so I
could play the normal part on Bb. (Sorry, purists!). I have recently
acquired an A clarinet so that, fortunately, is no longer necessary.
