I finally got the taste for Berio last May when I played his Canticum
novissimi
testamenti (for 8 voices, 4 saxes and 4 clars. - I played bass clar). It
was
really neat. The singers (London Voices dir. T. Edwards) were fantastic
as
were the saxes (Rascher 4tet). The clarinets were just "li'l ol' us"
from
Freiburg and Basle.

How could I have done without playing (attempting) Sequenza until now???
