Spasm, by Michael Lowenstern. Wings, Joan Tower,
Harry Sparnaay has written a lot of stuff.

If before 75 is ok, Strata by Donald Martino is 1967.
I have seen the Abyss of the Birds from Quartet for the end of time played
on bass (supposedly when asked to write a bass clarinet piece, Messiaen told
the player to just play the birds instead of getting a new piece). There
are pieces by Schoeck and Genzmer...

There is a lot of stuff from Before 75 that I know, but I am totally
blanking on the post '75 stuff. Sorry I can't help more.
