Thanks for all the info, Michael. The performance I saw/heard did include
glissandos - maybe some improvisation. The documentary had two parts of the
solo separated by biographical commentary. Perhaps I did hear it all - in
bits. I will certainly seek a copy of the Swiss Accord CD at local stores.
