have left e-mails and voice mails with them and they NEVER get back to

When I ordered from Youffers, I got 2 boxes of student strength Grand
Concert reeds that cost only $4.50 shipping total. They sent me the wrong
boxes (I asked for Thick, and they sent regular cut). I e-mailed them, told
them who I was and that they had sent me the wrong boxes (being a Concert
Artist for that reed, they weren't going to argue if was wrong). All I
asked them to do is to credit me the $6 that the lesser cost regular blank
cost. They e-mailed me back telling me that they were going to send me 2
new boxes, and they were sorry for the mistake.
I got good service from them - the reeds arrived about a week later.
I still like Muncy, Woodwind, Weiner, IMS, but was glad that the problem
was quickly resolved.
