Are you studying with a teacher? He/she would be a good source as a starting
point. The Brahms Eb Sonata isn't so much a technical tour-de-force (Brahms
saved that for the pianist) as it is a musical one. You could model your
tempi on a recording you like.

This is often prescribed by the organization running the auditions (here in
Pennsylvania, PMEA sets minimum tempi, octaves and a specific rhythm. Our
local county organization even prohibits students from playing more than the
prescribed number of octaves). Your sponsoring teacher will need to find out
what the rules are where you are. If no teacher is sponsoring you (not
possible in Pennsylvania) you might find a contact number on the web to
call and ask.

Again, in this area of Pennsylvania (which is where I've had all my
experience with student honor bands, both as a student and as a teacher) the
auditions are "blind" (the auditioners face away from the auditionees). So
it doesn't much make a difference to the judges if you audition nude, but it
might cause a stir in the hallway. Again, you'll have to find out from
someone local who is in touch with the organization what the procedures are
and whether anyone who matters to your score will even see you. Most of our
students go to these auditions in normal school/street clothes - very
informal.

For what it's worth...
