This message tells much. Either (a) "Pay" is actually an historically
mis-spelled "Fay," and Tony is in fact a long-lost cousin or (b) he is
otherwise Irish.

. . . oh, wait -- if he was truly Irish, he'd be drinking Guinness. (As my
grandfather Clancy explained, Guinness is a substance created by God to
prevent the Irish from ruling the Earth.)

This may not explain my lack of world-ruling, but certainly has a place in
explaining my waist-line.
