My Prestige (about 8 years old) came with an adjustable thumbrest. It
isn't very good because it is so small. I used it for years, having
covered it with some laboratory tubing for cushioning but it still
created the clarinet callous. Finally I heard about the Kooiman
thumbrest though this list and have been happily rid of the Buffet
adjustable thumbrest. Just my 2 cents.
