The more expensive versions of R 13, the Prestige and I think the Vintage, have
adjustable thumb rests. I bought one and had it put on my basic R 13 because my
right thumb was suffering at the MC-P joint. International Music Suppliers list
it at about $80. My thumb is very grateful for the investment.
