Wait a minute - have Stadler, Muhlfeld, Klose, Lefebvre, Rose, Baermann,
etc. not been mentioned quite prominently?! It was Fernando Silveira who
first said there were only North Americans named - not so, Fernando.
However, if there are/were others who don't fit into the mold below, let's
hear about them, but not just for the sake of being politically correct!
The challenge was to name the top ten players of all time, not to name
representative players from as many countries as possible. If there are
great players with different origins, let's hear about them educate us!
Jazz and classical have already been mentioned, so how about klezmer? I'll
take Giora Fiedman of Israel.
