Josef Marx may have been right. It was the following year,
1949, that Georges Migot and Renee Viollier published
some first modern editions of several of Lefevre's Sonatas
with Siecle Musical in Geneva... I quote Migot's note:
"which have not been reprinted for over a hundred years"
