Rhythmical Articulation, by Pasquale Bona is a vocal book (sight
singing), which may be confusing the stores who think you are looking for
a clarinet book. There are three publishers that I know of - Kalmus
(cheapest, with mistakes), Carl Fischer, and Schirmer (expensive, with
mistakes!). Also, make sure you specify a treble clef edition - you can
get it in either treble or bass clef. Great sight reading book.

If the local music stores can't help, try:

Yesterday Music Service
1972 Massachusetts Avenue
4th Floor
Cambridge, MA 02140
Work: (617) 547-8263

They know the sheet music biz, and they're pretty fast.
