Dear Cmdr Teri,

I too, was somewhat confounded by Jim's desire to keep anything of saxophone
nature off Klarinet. I am a doubler. I do subscribe to both clarinet and sax
news groups. Additionally, if there were up and going double-reed groups, I
would subscribe to them as well. While oboe is not in my bag of tricks, I have
learned over the years that there are many things all woodwinds have in common.
The similarities are often very striking.

I think Mark is the best one to decide what he wants and doesn't want on the
Klarinet news group.

Frankly, alt.music.clarinet, alt.music. saxophone, and rec. music.makers.
saxophone have been bombarded by someone who wishes to grow every male's private
part to greater dimensions. Klarinet is quickly becoming a reprieve from this
trash.

Mark also has another news group that is monitored. If Jim has contributions to
make that would be of interest to ONLY the clarinetists of this world, I'm sure
his posts would be carefully considered.
