I would try to find additional performing situations, so that you get
used to playing in front of people. Also, make sure that you are
over-prepared. There is a good book called "The Inner Game of Music"
which I found helpful.
I'd avoid taking Inderal for routine performances, because you'll never
build up the ability to perform under pressure that way. You also won't
have anything to help you with truly stressful situations if you overuse
it. (I do know of some professional players who use it constantly, but
my gut reaction is that you'd be better off learning to control your
nerves without it.)
Sports Psychologists can also be helpful.
