Every one is different but here are some suggestions to add to your list.

1) Try getting a good book on Yoga. They have many good breathing and
calming exercises.

2) Try visualization techniques. Think of calm lakes and fields or
anything else that you like. I was also fond of thinking of a flower
blossoming and imagining myself to be that flower.

3) Remember that the majority of the audience is *not* their to criticize
but to simply relax and listen to music.
