The thing I have found most effective is just to keep doing it and doing
it. I used to get very nervous before performances, but as I have been
playing a LOT lately, and playing more solos (mostly short ones on sax in a
big band) I find that I get much less stage fright than I used to. And I
used to suffer from "knee vibrato" quite a bit!
