Actually no wind instrument player should eat anything just before a =
performance unless you have the time (and facilities) to brush you =
teeth, gargle,etc. However a good fautist can keep a cheek full of =
peanuts and insert one with their tongue into the blow hole. Then by =
fingering low B, pick off any member of the band with deadly accuracy, =
even during a sixtenth rest.=20
