Yes, they do. Most Holton student instruments are (or at least were for a
while) made by Yamaha. The dicontinued Yamaha YCL-24 II, aside from the
differently sculpted trill keys, is part interchangeable with a Vito. Many
Vito saxes are really thinly disguised Yamaha YAS- and YTS-23's. And just
so you don't think it is limited to these guys, Yamaha makes Selmer's Bach
line of low brasses!
