The great expert on Krommer (Kramar) is Karel Padrta
No proper research on Krommer can done without him

Dr Karel Padrta
Branisovska 23 (hacek on s, acute on final a)
37005 Ceske Budejovice (hacek on C, acute on first e, hacek on second e),
The Czech Republic

His Czech language catalogue says that Op 35
was before (pred) 1828, not even about (kolem).
Dedicated to Mr de Morsano, as was Op 36,
Not too helpful!
However Opus 36 was published by Andre in 1803
and Opus 35 was published in 1802!!!!
This can be determine from the Andre plate number 4284 (Op36)
inter alia. I have a set on Andre parts
Do you have an orchestral score?
