I'm in contact with the Copyright Clearance Center (they're now controlling the reprinting of the Russianoff books for the estate) to find out what it's going to cost in royalties to get the book reprinted.

I'll let the list know what comes of it (if anything). I just joined the CCC a week ago for this very reason (joining is free, but mandatory if you want to ask questions).
