Dear fellow subscribers,

Can anyone recommend a high quality mouthpiece for alto clarinet? While my alto
clarinet is only a student model, I have invested some effort to upgrade it,
including lightening and evening out the spring tensions, installing a floor peg

and improving the tuning by more finely "tuning" pad heights. I do have rare
occasions when I use it in mixed clarinet quartets, but I'm not happy with the
mpc I now have. I've already asked Ralph Morgan if he offers anything and he
doesn't. Do any other high grade mouthpiece makers offer a premium effort for
this orphaned child of the clarinet family?
