Subj: [kl] Classical piece for solo clarinet

Does anyone have a suggestion for a competition level piece (college
level) from the classic period (before 1810) originally composed for
clarinet solo without any accompaniment. This would be programmed in a
competition for a student along with Donizetti, Stravinski and Eric
Mandat. So far I have not found a classic piece for clarinet alone of
the same caliber as these other three.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated,
