While we are the subject of Copyright, I have a question.

If I choose to record a piece of Music, such as the Mozart or Weber =
Concertos, and I make a CD on my computer, which I decide to sell at a =
Garage sale (since it probably didn't sell in the stores), what =
obligations do I incur?

Do I have to pay a royalty fee or something similar.
