Anne,
I've got several performers & composers listed on my site- under Clarinet. I've also got a section for 20th century music on my "Music" page. I would start with Bill Smith, Gerry Errante and Henri Bok. Best wishes in your search (the Phil Rehfeldt book is helpful as well) and please send me the URL's of any other relevant sites so that I may add them as well.
