You should be aware that the Rumbelow transcription (at least the version
we played last year) is written for clarinet in A, both solo (as the
original) and the accompaniment parts. While there are Bb parts available,
they require playing in a gross number of flats. And pity the poor Eb
alto, who has no choice.
