Thanks, Craig! This is indeed a good site - I've forwarded it to all my
students. I've been seeing way too many hand and wrist problems lately, and
I think poor computer habits are a large part of that. (They seem to have
more flareups around the end of the term, when papers are due!) I can fix
clarinet hand position problems, recommend neck straps, whatever - but if we
don't fix the computer-related problems, too, they continue to experience
pain. The exercises and advice on this site should help some.
