I seem to be a little late with this information
but I was not looking for it when I found it.

A recording of Sharon Kam's performance of Penderecki's
Clarinet Concerto (1996), a revision of the Flute concerto (1992),
at the Rudolfinum in Prague in March 1996 has been released
by Teldec 0630-13135-2.
