It may be best to (or, you have to) gather information from diverse =
sources. There is a lot of discussion about the performance of individual =
works in books such as those by Pamela Weston, in which she interviews =
celebrated performers. The literature I can think of that directly =
addresses specific pieces does not do so at any length. Jack Brymer in =
"The Clarinet" and Keith Stein in "The Art of Clarinetistry" offer brief =
paragraphs about well-known works. I would look forward to learning about =
sources of more in-depth discussions. Also consider back issues of =
clarinet journals.
