I think (and I emphasize that I barely even do THAT) that Vandie mpcs tend
to tune weird is because they are manufactured towards the raising pitch
phenomenon in Europe, with the designate '13' models for 'American' pitch
(which is really ISP, which seems to stand for Ignored Standard Pitch over
there).
