Subj: [kl] Two questions--Leblanc Concerto Cl offer & undercutting

Hello. I was wondering what the list thought a used LeBlanc Concerto clarinet
should sell for. I was offered one for ~$1200. From what I understand it is
lightly used and has been customized (Undercutting, and a couple other things I
don't remember). Is this a good price?

This is just a preliminary investigation. I will most certainly try the
instrument before I seriously consider purchasing it.

What exactly is undercutting?

Any opinions/info will be appreciated.
