Vandoren is one of the well respected independent mouthpiece manufacturers.
These are a high end mass produced mouthpiece. They are popular choices
when people wish to upgrade from their stock mouthpiece yet do not want to
go with the custom made mouthpieces.

Vandoren's M13 is designed for compatibility with the Buffet R-13 clarinet.
Based on your description, the style is a Profile 88. This means that the
internal dimensions match one that is not the Profile 88 but that the beak
is slimmer on the outside. Some players find this more comfortable.

So you have a fairly good mouthpiece. The best things to do are either play
it or sell it. Don't let it just sit around in the box.

I happen to play on the Vandoren B45 and 5RV mouthpieces and like them.
