For the sharpness, perhaps you need a different mouthpiece than whatever you
are using now.

When you get those keys properly adjusted, be sure the tech adjusts the cork
thickness so you don't have to use so much force in assembly. You should
have had this very minor problem corrected long ago to prevent the now
larger problem of a bad B and bent keys.
