Through the years we have had many people from developing countries wanting
to join the ICA, but not having the money to do so. The annual fee can be
a great deal to people in these countries. We have had ICA members "adopt
a member" and pay the dues for someone in these countries. I myself
sponsor a member in Russia. If you want to do this, please contact me at

and I'll put you in touch with the appropriate person.
