I've been told by David Blumberg that the Fantasia is actually the Musica
Rara published version of Concert Piece No. 2 in g. (I've ordered a copy
of this from Pepper, which I will then hopefully verify.) I don't believe
this is the only recording of the Fantasia. Of course, it's possible that
this is a private piece of music, but I hope it's not true. (Will report
back here, as soon as I know something positive.)
