Ann....

Talk to the conductor, the concertmaster, and any players whose sharpness is
driving the pitch to the ceiling. Demonstrate with a tuner what the problem
is. Some peoplea are just not aware. Get others to join you who are also
having a problem reaching the stratosphere. Creeping pitch can be battled!!!!
