Dave,

See an occupational therapist and he/she will make splints for you o wear
while you play. If you have insurance, check to see if these splints or any
other appliances made by the therapist are covered items. My insurance does
cover them and they aren't cheap. Let me know how you make out. If you
can't get to, or afford, a therapist, I may be able to help you make your
own.
