I just performed Tch. 5 a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn't worry about that
spot too much; it's accompanimental (sp?), and, if memory serves me
correctly, it's doubled in the french horns. I made it through by inserting
eigth notes when necessary. I am sure the purists are cringing. For what it
is worth, that is what I did.
