For the F to C, as long as you won't have a tuner aimed directly at you, just
keep the right hand down the whole time and wiggle the three left-hand fingers.
This makes the F quite flat, but on a tremolo, it's probably not noticeable.

For A to E, I'm hoping someone else will jump in. I don't have an easy answer.
Again, you can keep the right hand down, but your left index finger has a
problem.
