There's a 1998 revised edition of the Nederveen book:
ISBN 0-87580-577-9

Besides all the books mentioned, I'd recommend looking at the many journal
articles the books refer to, starting with Benade's early articles "On woodwind
instrument bores", Journal of the Acoustical Society of America, vol. 31, pp.
137-146, and "On the mathematical theory of woodwind finger holes", J. Acoust.
Soc. Am., 32, 1591-1608. These and other articles have a wealth of detail that
is skipped over pretty lightly in all the books I've seen.
