I know a company called Humes and Berg makes many varieties of these,
ranging from corrugated plastic an around $25 each up to as much as $120 or
more, in both sitting and standing heights. (Not a plug, just info.) The
group I play in has home-made ones built of masonite. The H&B ones should
be available through most music stores, but will most likely be special orders.
