Dear friends:

I played the Five Pieces for Clarinet and Piano, by Mikhail
Starokadomsky, some years ago (edition: Leeds Music Corporation, 1946, USA).
There is a short biography of the composer in this edition. The music is
really nice, and I would like to know more on this unknown Russian composer
(a student of mine is playing it). I would be grateful if someone provide me
some notes on him, I have found anything in books and Internet. Did he
really exist?
