Shouryu,
If you can squack on Eb or have the throat jump to the altissimo then there is no reason that you can't do multiphonics! Start with a C (2nd ledger line) and release the register key. Hold the C. Then _gradually_ allow the tone to drop to the F. Practice this until you can maintain both pitches together. Then work at starting from the F and starting both pitches together. Have Fun!
