Vasquez is technically out of print, although it appears to be in demand as
a text.

Muncy would love to get a copy. Has quite a few on nack order. pam has tried
to call him and has written as well. Nobody anywhere has it --- Weiner,
WW&BW, IMS, etc. This book is out of print until Vasquez re-prints it. That
is as best I can determine Vasquez contract printed the book himself. ie
"Vasquez Press" or some name which included his initials. IMMSMR, "Vasquez
Press" was located in Maryland.
