"Yo there, piano guy! Boooooo! No apologies after virtuoso is jeered at the
Academy."

Since I sent the article, I give my thoughts on the subject. I feel that it
is very, very poor taste to boo a performer, I don't care how badly the
piece is played, how sloppy it was, or if the performer got in the middle
of the performance, and said "forget it" (or something a little more off
center;).
There was a performance with Orchestra at ClarFest that I refused to clap
for. It was a big name player who played quite badly (sloppy, rushing,
dragging, pretty shocking, was said the he had a few drinks before
playing). The polite thing (to me) was to just "let it pass".
I'm just glad that I was not reviewing the performance officially.
