Ulrich, the piece between the mouthpiece and top joint is called the
"barrel" in the english speaking world because it is shaped like a barrel.
TThe key for overblowing is the "register key" sometimes incorrectly called
the "octave key". It is not and "octave key" because the interval of
overblowing is a twelfth ( an octave and a fifth). Good questions. Carl
