"What does one do with orange peels and clarinets? Got any more tricks"

Orange peel and other fruit covering that provide moisture (like grapefruit)
to help maintain humidity level inside the clarinet case. There are many
products sold, some less desirable than others. Take a look at a WW&BW,
Muncy, IMS Catalogue they all sell a host of them. Many folks don't
like/approve of ... those "wet green snakes" ... sitting inside the clarinet
resting on the Bore.

I prefer to deal with humidity from an environmental point of view (although
orange peels are nice) ... I purchased a inexpensive humidifier from Sears
for my "music room" (something like a 4 gallon) and I try and keep humidity
level at least 35-40%. Easily achieved, just need to add water .... <grin>
